Is it possible to retrieve a sheet containing the exact details from an specific date?

I accidentally replaced with new information the sheet that should not be changed. After a month, I was requested to restore the original data from October 2022. :(

If you look in the Activity Log, you can request a Snapshot or try recreating the sheet with the available information.

Thanks for your prompt response, Andree! The activity log only shows row no. and that cannot tell which line item does it refer to. Say on the activity log, it says:

I cannot identify which task has a changed forecast completion. :(

Can't you use the "BE19/017" to find it?

BE19/017 is the name of the sheet and every row has it

Hiya! Just jumping in here 🙂

In the Activity Log, if you find the date where you made the changes, you can download a Sheet Snapshot (that Andrée mentioned) which will give you all the data from a specific point in time. See:

If you're looking just for one specific row, and it's moved from being Row 107 (in your screen capture), then I would suggest putting a filter on the sheet to find the date of 13th Oct 2023. Then you can right-click on cells and check the individual Cell History if needed.
