Ability to create an automation where the trigger is a specific value in a specific cell changes

Automations are great and I think you can increase the functionality for this feature by allowing other triggers.

Can you explain a specific scenario / trigger that you'd like to use?

Currently you can set automation triggers to look for a specific value in a specific column:

I am looking to know if a column was a certain value and is now anything but that value.

So say column Business Line was CSIH and changes to any value other then CSIH. Business Line was CSIH and is now Test. or CSIH was CSIH and is now blank. etc.

Thank you for clarifying! This is helpful: instead of a Changes To workflow, you would like to see a Changes From workflow.
