Default Conditional Formatting and Options, is it possible?

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to add a default Conditional Formatting to every existing sheet and every new one.?

I would also like to set the Options % Complete column to always be set as % Complete.

Is that possible or the way is to do it individually?

If you create a template sheet and save it as new, you can include the Conditional Formatting
