How to create a customized work schedule

Looking for a way to set up the working days on a schedule for a 10 days on and 4 day off work schedule.

I don't think the project planner SmartSheet is really set up to manage that type of work schedule. For a work around, I would suggest going into the Working Days settings for your project sheet and marking all 7 days as working days. Then in the box for non-working days you'll have to put in the 4 day blocks that they'll have off. You'll only need to enter the 4 day blocks for the days that span the date range used in the project.
