Security/Risk Assessment Form
I'm looking to create a single form or multiple forms that link to each other, if needed. I'm trying to have a Security/Risk Assessment form that I can send to acquired companies to begin filling out as part of integration efforts which will require attachments. Right now I only see one way to upload files and that is once per form. I have a lot of questions that will ask for multiple attachments, ex. Network/Firewall Diagrams, SOPs, PEN Tests, things like that. Looking to make this is a painless as possible for the newly acquired company. Progress tracking would also be a bonus. Thoughts, ideas/suggestions? I'm somewhat new to Smartsheet.
