How to Avoid Having to Select Each Sheet for Report Inclusion

Has anyone found a way to provide Smartsheet a list of sheet names to include in a report or a filter based on Sheet Name that can be used to include / export from Reporting? It is extremely tedious to manually select each individual sheet to include in a report when you have 100+ projects from which to select from. Thanks.

@jeffb If you put the sheets in the same workspace you can select the workspace ...

Thanks for the response. However, when we select all relevant workspaces we end up with over 1,500 sheets and Smartsheet warns of degraded performance as a result. In addition, we have 2 sheets with many of the same column names and this 2nd sheet can not be archive individually as part of a larger Control Center blueprint.
