Can I set up an automation to archive a project from within a sheet inside the folder project?

We're looking for a more efficient way to archive our projects. I was wondering if is it possible to set up an automation inside a sheet (Let's say inside the Project Charter template) triggered once a box is checked by the PM to archive the whole folder and disabled the automations from other sheet. Any one has done something similar?

Hi @montserrat,

This (moving files or folders with files) is not functionality that Smartsheet natively supports. You might be able to do this with your own programming using the Smartsheet API, but that would be quite a task if you're not a programmer using the API.
