Meeting minutes - move on to next meeting but share with same people


I have produced a template for a meeting agenda and used it for the first meeting to produce minutes and actions etc.

We have another meeting tomorrow so I want to save this sheet with last weeks date, but start again with the same sheet but new date. How do I do this without having to share again with same people ?

My aim is to have a folder with several weekly meetings saved in there.

    @Alan R There are a few approaches to the process itself, but as far as sharing the sheet itself, you shouldn't have to do anything if you keep using the same sheet.

    When you create the new copy, use Save as New and select sharing.

    Or, put all these sheets in the same workspace and share the workspace to the group you are working with.

    Or, create a group, and share to the group. hen you can add and subtract members in that group.
