Managing Multiple Projects? Project Hub & Workspaces

Hi, I've set up a Project Hub using a template set - in a new Workspace - so that we can see all Projects in one place and, when needed, be able to see Reports for overdue tasks across all Projects rather than having to go to each individual Project for a Report.

Now want to move some existing Projects into it, but I see I'd be moving them from their individual Workspaces into my new one, which would mean I'd lose the flexibility of permissions and sharing within Workspaces.

Can I do this another way? I want to see data in one central place across multiple Projects. Maybe I've misunderstood the best way to set this up and the Hub template is not the solution?

I think I've worked it out - I can make a Report including detailed data from each Project sheet across all the Workspaces, and keep the Hub for handling topline data but not need to have the Projects based physically within this Workspace.

You could add the other Workspaces to the Report(s) instead.

Yes that's what I worked out eventually... and reassuring that you've suggested this as a super-user! but it took me ages to figure it out, watching all the onboarding videos!! Quite an investment of time needed to get going properly... but so it goes.
