Make fields required in update request workflows

I definitely would love this feature! I know that Dynamic View is a workaround, but it would be nice if I could send an update request to executives so they can complete it without logging in or searching for anything.

For update requests it would be helpful to identify fields as required and not required. Also, have the ability to lock the fields that are just being included as identifiers.
