Is there a tool to document relationships/workflows between sheets?
Hello, I am fairly new to Smartsheet. I am using sheets from a prior user and am looking to document the relationships/workflows/cell references between the various sheets. Is there a tool in Smartsheet that does this? Or do I need to go into each sheet to review the workflows and create documentation from scratch. Thank you for any help/guidance/suggestions you can provide.

It would also be great if we can print the workflow maps as well!

No, Smartsheet does not have an overview of all automations across your account; you'll need to hop into individual sheets to see what workflows have been configured on each sheet.
In regards to formulas, there is a Sheet Reference Manager that will show you cell links and cross-sheet references from the current sheet in one place, but again this is on a sheet-by-sheet basis.
