Why I cant use Document Builder in my Business Account?

Hi,

I've just change my plan to a Business plan, and I'm interested on using the Document Builder function but I can't, it appears that I can't upload a pdf, and doesn't give me the option to click to continue to create or assign a document. Can somebody help me please?

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
