Document Builder Showing colors for pass/fail

I have finally "mastered" using document builder, or so I thought. Until a PM asked me to institute a "pass/fail" indicator. No idea if this is possible or if it is possible to maybe automate to use a "red/fail" or green/pass" document (meaning have 2 separate docs setup).

Just not sure the path forward, if there is one. See attachment for current reporting look, they are wanting something similar.

What I would do in this instance is have 4 different fillable PDF templates available - each with different colouring (all 3 green, 1 green 2 red, etc).

Set these up in Document Builder with specific names.

Then you can use a workflow to map to a specific Document based on Conditions in that row (such as if all 3 say "Pass", map to the document that's all green. If all 4 say "Fail", map to the document that's all red, etc.).
