Is there a way to request weekly updates on new columns every week?
The use case is our department leads will submit an update for a week showing the estimated billable hours and notes associated for reasoning. Then the following week, they will need to submit an update of actual billable hours and then the variance. They will need to complete this process every single week for all of the members of their department for the rest of the year.

I believe you can set this in Sheet Automation by triggering "when a date is reached" then select "Custom" and your frequency. Define your conditions and Request Update and call the individuals to update. Cheat would be to add a contact for department lead and it will send to the assigned contact.
