Rich Text to ASCII Conversion
Clients have been scraping content from other applications like Google and pasting it into SmartSheets and then encountering errors. The problem can be resolved by cutting and pasting the copy into something like notepad to remove the extended characters, but a better solution would be to provide a function that can be applied to forms to clean the input and avoid the issue altogether. A common alternative is to include an editor option to switch between rich text and ascii.
