Sharing Workspace
I am in the process of sharing a workspace with several individuals in my organization. Some have licenses but most do not. The permission I am giving everyone is viewer access.
For the folks that do not have a license or might be their first time using Smartsheet, is there anything they would need to do on their end to access the workspace?

- a non user is NOT prompted to create an account when clicking Access from the original email invitation, the (contorted) process recommended in another post written by Smartsheet is to use the default login page, put their email in, then click Forgot Password and go through that process. That didn't work the first time, but then sent the Forgot Password email when trying a second time.
- if a invitee is lucky to have 1. work, then they have only sheet edit permissions in the workspace, they cannot create a new sheet or folder in that workspace.
