Two Form Solution - Multiple Lines in a Smartsheet & Special Conditioning

I was grateful to receive an email from Andree in relation to a two form solution for submitting one form with multiple lines of data; however, I have two additional questions. In Andree's file there is a toggle on the main form to generate the results from the two forms. How do I create this toggle?

Additionally, the data from each form has different sheet conditioning but I also am not aware how to do this. I have sent several emails to Andree but haven't received a response.

    Hi @TAbs

I hope you're well and safe!

The Toggle is a Dropdown type column set to show as Horizontal Radio Buttons.

Depending on what has been selected, the Value for the Column (hidden in the sheet) would either be Order or Part, which is then used in the Conditional Formatting rule.

    Make sense?

    Did that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Have a fantastic week & Happy New Year!

Perfect, thank you. That presents me with another issue. I am hoping to have a status field (red, yellow, green status) for only the the main line but I am getting an error in my formula.

    =IF(LOB@row = "", "", =IF([Ship Date]@row > [Date Received]@row, "Yellow", =IF([Date Received]@row <> "", "Green", "Red")))
