How do I email a central database of contacts?

Hi Everyone,

I have two separate sheets. Sheet 1 is a database of all my different suppliers, which has their name, email, and specific item which they supply. Sheet 2 is where I specify what item I would like to procure at a certain time.

Once I specify the item I want to procure in sheet 2, How do I automate an email to all the respective people in my sheet 1 database that supply only that specific item/criteria? I would also like to tailor make the email sent to each of them, by pulling their name from Sheet 1 and the item details from Sheet 2 in that one email sent to each supplier respectively.

    I hope you're well and safe!

    To connect the sheets, you could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure. When you select a criterion, it could populate with the contact(s), and then you could have a Workflow trigger to send them an Alert or similar.
