Roadmap for multiple selections

Like the ability to add more than one contact to a cell, are there plans for the same with dropdown selections with being able to make multiple selections in a cell?

We don't currently have a programmed functionality for selecting multiple values inside of a dropdown column, but feel free to submit a product enhancement request for this feature.

More granular time options for needed for Workflow triggering
Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45. Perhaps the inteface can stay hourly so it doesnt get huge, but have the ability to manually edit the time directly to any custom time.
