    Tracking Changes to a page

    Is anyone else having troubles with "Show Changes" not working? If I close out of Smartsheet and go back later, the changes made are off. Is there a way I can default my account to always show the changes that were made?

      @Tamara Highlighted changes are designed to disappear. How long changes remain visible are controlled by the Highlight Changes setting in the sheet. You don't mention what the current setting is on the sheet you are looking at. Possible settings are:

      If for example, you have thirty days set, then changes should remain for that period of time. If they are not, then you may have an issue with another sheet admin or the owner changing this setting.

      Thanks for your prompt response. I manage Smartsheet for a large team. After looking at this more closely, I determined there is a problem with the users account. I ended up contacting support.
