We would like to remove the comments from rows in a published report. I came across another post from August 2020 inquiring about the same thing. There was no feature to do so at the time. Has anything changed since? Thank you in advance.

There currently is still no feature to be able to remove comments from published Reports. Please provide your feedback to the Product team through this form, here!
As an alternative, you could create a Dashboard and put the Report on the Dashboard as a Report Widget (this type of widget does not include Comments). Then you can publish the Dashboard, instead. Would that work for you?
Thank you, Genevieve! I tried that initially, but didn't like the layout of the report on the dashboard too much. I think we will go that route. I will make sure to submit a product enhancement request related to the comments on reports.

Jonathan, I need this same feature as well. We have set up automated "send as attachment" reports to certain customers that request them. Our operations team needs to be able to collaborate through the comments. However, they can't fully collaborate due to the comments being added to a tab in excel when the report is sent daily. Some things need to be left internally and not visible for the customer to read. But, the customer likes how the report is being sent in Excel. So I really, really need the comments tab removed from the automated report.
