Automatic creation of sheets

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to automatically create a tracker from a template when a row is added to a master sheet? So, I'd have a form add rows to a master sheet, then I'd like that to automatically start an individual tracker that I've setup as a template. And can those trackers be automatically saved in another Workspace?

You can create a Sheet from a Template and put it in a specific Workspace using the Smartsheet API - see the documentation for this specific request here: Create Sheet in Workspace from Template

However what you're describing sounds exactly like what Smartsheet's premium application Control Center does: automatically generating sheets/templates/workspace set-up based on a row submitted in an intake sheet. You may want to look into this instead of using the API, see: Control Center Overview and Control Center by Smartsheet.

Smartsheet is fantastic but combined with Control Center, and it's like magic.

Going from Intake > Provisioning a project > Dashboards/Portals, Sheets, Reports are created, connected, and a Portfolio overview is always up to date.
