how to create a report of a sheet ?

hi ,
i am beguinner with smartsheet and i would like to get my gantt schedule appearing in dashboard .
therefore i read that we need to create a report , but i have no clue how to make my existing sheet ( schedule ) in report .
can anyone explain me ?

thank , i finally succeed this , however i see that my report doesnt update from the sheet . is there anything to do or it is an issue .
per example i adapt my schedule on the sheet but then in report nothing change ?
