How to have a date dynamically changed based on a value in another column?

I'd like to be able to have the dates in a column update based on the Sprint number. So, I've created a new sheet with one column with the Sprint # and a column for the associated dates. I have a column in my main project spreadsheet titled Sprint #. I'm having trouble figuring out how to tie it all together. I've been trying to use IF statements and VLookup, for example: IF Sprint Column = a number in this column, show this date. =VLOOKUP(Sprint@row, {Mobile Sprint Dates Range 3}, {Mobile Sprint Dates Range 4})
