Create a Form with Auto Filled

I have a sheet (Sheet 1) that is my Master Project. Each project has to create subtask request for another department (within Sheet2) but a lot of information prefilled in Sheet 1 needs to be fulfilled into Sheet 2 when the request is made to that other department.

Is there a way to create a form within Sheet 2, use the Hyperlink to the form and add in the URL some GET Variables from the request? Like create a custom Hyperlink based on columns values from Sheet1?

Ok that's a start using the standard URL Query typo, but let's say i want to use values from the current row to auto-populate based on Formulas like below :

Rep = the Field in the form from Sheet 2

[Store #]@row1 = the Value from Sheet 1 column Store # row # 1. The hyperlink is actually in Sheet 1

I too wish to be able to do what is mentioned below - utilized an entered value in the form to put in the link that the user is sent to when they submit the form. This will allow for a consistent primary key to be utilized to group all iterations of the form submission.
