Poll Folder for Changes
Microsoft Power Automate has a built-in function which allows you to automatically trigger a workflow whenever ANY sheet is updated in a folder (or across the entire account). Does anyone who what specific API call this function is making?

I am unable to speak to how Power Automate is built, however this type of call looks to be related to the List Events method that is a part of the Event Reporting premium add-on for Enterprise plans.
If you're looking to see what sheets have been changed, another option would be to use the List Org Sheets method (or just List Sheets if you're not a System Admin) and set a
modifiedSinceparameter to list all the sheets that have been updated within a specific timeframe.Cheers,
