If I will upgrade my plan from Pro to Business, shall I also upgrade my collaborator's plan to Business in order for them to modify sheets?

To add to Andrée's response, here's a Help Article that goes through sharing on a Pro Plan: Sharing and widgets in the Pro plan

Sharing on Business plans works differently: sheets owned by Licensed Users in a Business Plan can be shared to external collaborators with Editor access and they will be able to edit the shared sheet. These collaborators can be free users, pro plan users, or other account holders. Here's the general Smartsheet sharing permissions table.
