COUNTIF/AND/THEN CHECK A BOX OR SYMBOL

FORMULA 1-I need a formula that will "count 5" check boxes and a "contain" to either "check a box or a symbol."

If I'm understanding the scenario correctly, this should work:

=IF(AND(COUNTIF([data entry]@row:pca@row, true) = 4, review@row = "1-Complete"), true, false)

It will check on (true) your Complete column if there 4 checks AND Review = 1-Complete.

What type of column are you putting the formula into?

This is built to be written into a checkbox type of column:

=IF(AND(COUNTIF([Data Entry]@row:[PCA STAMP]@row, true) = 4, [Fiscal Review]@row = "1-Complete"), true, false)

However if you're using Symbols, you'll want to change the input at the end:

=IF(AND(COUNTIF([Data Entry]@row:[PCA STAMP]@row, true) = 4, [Fiscal Review]@row = "1-Complete"), "Yes", "No")
