Has anyone created a workaround or built a solution that provides dynamic dropdown lists?

A while back, I developed a solution using Data Shuttle and a Directory Sheet that, in turn, would be updated and then updated dropdown list where needed/used.

@Andrée Starå The scenario could be either:

Multiple sheets with dropdown lists that need to be updated as employees onboard or offboard
One Master Sheet that contains a "Directory" of employees that is used to auto-populate dropdown menus in various sheets.

The solution you created... We you able to make the work for a workspace? Meaning say we have a list of subcontractors in our schedule (contact list) we need that contact list to pull off a master list sheet.

Because we are always adding contractors and need to pull off the correct ones. Especially because we have reports built for each subcontractor.

Or do you need to manually set up new sheets with data shuffle?
