Can I make a question in a form that allows someone to input a list?

I am building an intake form and one of the questions asks for the make, model, and serial numbers of units. Sometimes there are 40+ units with different makes, models, and serial numbers. Is there a way that I can build in a question that asks how many units they are requesting for and then create a logic that displays an area for them to input all of the make, model, and serial numbers that doesn't require them to write them all out separated by commas? I am thinking something like a table they could fill out.

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

Would that work/help?
