Create a spreadsheet to track contracts and grants. Include columns for basic data such as contract title, start and end dates, status, and responsible parties. Use the status column to track the current status of each contract or grant. Identify the responsible parties for each contract or grant to determine who is responsible for its implementation and monitoring. Set up notifications in Smartsheet to receive alerts when contracts or grants are due. Record the actions taken on each contract or grant to gain complete visibility into its progress and change history.
