Mine would be to run my own business especially if I won't fail. I've always wanted to do this and almost did it a few years ago but living on my own with a mortgage I was worried about going all in and potentially losing everything if I did not succeed as I don't have the luxury of falling back on a partners salary. I'm slowly swaying back towards this idea but going about it in a different manner but would love to just jump straight in.

I'm stuck between writing a book and starting my own business.
Growing up, I always had a huge imagination and could spend hours creating stories and playing make-believe. In middle school, I found my love of writing and found a new outlet for my creativity. I still dream of being able to make a living writing - whether that's as an author or journalist. Right now, life dictates otherwise, but I still love to dream.
I also think it would be amazing to have my own business. I love the idea of having gift shop/bakery/coffee shop combo. Somewhere cute and cozy where friends can meet up for a coffee and a treat and to pick up a little trinket. You know... basically something out a Hallmark movie! 😅

I would take the plunge and retire and do service work in East Africa. My husband worked for a non-profit which provided clean water, built schools, and focused on education for women and girls in rural villages. We would enjoy serving in some capacity in this type of work. Peace Corps for retirees is another goal.

If I knew that I couldn't fail, probably starting my own coaching business which would allow me to make my own hours. I could set my own goals, and have those include making time to travel the world, especially since I couldn't fail, so I know it would generate the necessary revenue for me to do it. 😊

I would start a business! My sister and I joke around that we would love to just open a bookstore with a coffee shop / drinks / bakery attached to it so people could just find a comfy place to sit down and read a book with their favorite beverage for however long they like...if I knew I couldn't fail, I'd do it in a heartbeat!

If I knew I couldn't fail, I'd try living mostly off-the-grid. Smart architectural engineering to heat and cool my house, solar panels for all my power needs, rainwater collection for my water supply, and other things like that. I'd still want the comforts I enjoy, like electricity and internet, but I'd like to do it sustainably. I recycle what I can and compost food scraps and lawn trimmings, but I still have waste that must go to a landfill. I live in a small town, so some zero waste ideas (like buying your food in bulk or going to a farmer's market for fresh food) aren't feasible. I'd like to be able to do it so that I could feel better about my environmental impact and perhaps help others do the same.

This question is phrased in an interesting way. I feel that I would consider very different options if the question was "What would you try if you knew you would be wildly successful" because I think that for most things, the act of trying (in and of itself) means that one hasn't failed! Also, there's a big gap between failing and wild success that includes such things as mediocrity, mild embarrassment, and successful yet unfulfilling. My answer to the question as stated is: I would climb a tall building, jump off, fly and glide and soar, and then eventually gently land on my feet ready to do it all again!

I would buy huge property and create an animal rescue sanctuary! My husband and I currently foster for a local animal rescue that is 100% volunteer and donation based. We routinely have 7+ dogs in our home that would otherwise be homeless or euthenised.
Having more property, space, and time to dedicate to saving animals would make our community a better place, while enriching the lives of these helpless beings that do not deserve the neglect they are seeing.
Here are a few recent foster puppies hanging out in my office as I work that we housed, loved, trained and saw adopted to amazing new familes! (plus one of my cats)
