Record the time when specified criteria are met

Hello,

I'm new to Smartsheet and I want to set up a workflow that records the date and time automatically when a previous column's value is changed to "Yes". I know there's a template for recording a date when specified criteria are met, but I couldn't edit it/find one to automatically record time.

I see that there was a similar question asked in 2020, but I'm wondering if there's a more recent solution with less workarounds?
