Scale question format on NPS form?

Hi, I am overhauling our survey form to better fit the NSP format. The problem is, one of the questions needs to be a "on a scale of 0 to 10), but Smartsheet doesn't seem to have the ability to display a scale like this. I can do a dropdown with 0-10 range and format as radio buttons, but it's ugly and they don't fit on one line.

Any ideas on how to create something like the image below? (first screenshot is how the current question is formatted)

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now to get anything like that in a Smartsheet form, but it's an excellent idea!

Is there a way to change the spacing between the horizonal radio options so the numbers are all on one line?

I submitted the request, but that doesn't help me now.

I also see the ability to format it with shapes. Is this available with 10 stars instead of just 5?

What I've done for some clients is to use Emojis instead in a dropdown list.

Something like this.

That's a great idea but I'd still need a zero stars option. Do you have one you use? I've tried searching the web for a white star icon to indicate a zero star, but can't find one the same size as yours.
