I need help merging 2 accounts
I currently have a paid business account through my employer, but I have recently discovered I have 2 accounts that need to be merged. I realize this is not an "application" question, but a back office one. However, I have not located where I can submit a ticket or chat with someone that can help.

Do you have admin access into your Smartsheet account? If so, you can follow these steps to merge user accounts in the User Management part of the Admin Center. If not, you can forward this onto someone in your organization who does and they should be able to run these steps.

I have followed these steps and received an error message relating to security settings.
I have 1 user who has 2 accounts and one is licensed and the other account is not. I would like to merge both together.

Do you mean you have 2 separate accounts, i.e. paying Smartsheet twice or do you mean you have two licences on the same account?
