my purpose is to enable users to modify the suggestions that are displayed in the dropdown list inside a form:
Because there is the need to have it in different lenguages.

Hi, I hope you're well and safe! As a possible workaround, you could have multiple dropdown list columns (one for each language) and then use the logic in a form where they can select language. Make sense?

the workaround you've proposed is a very good idea, but in my case I have to menage different forms for different companies around Europe. For the moment I've added an Help Text over the dropdown list the help users. I think that is the effortless and immediate solution at the moment.
