Conditional Formatting "if in past of X date"

I want a cell to change colour if the row/s were created in the past of a certain date.

For instance any row that was created before 1st May 2024 will have a cell change colour. Anything after that date will not be affected.

Is this possible?

No, that will only make the rule trigger for that date.

Try something like this instead.

Hmm, I couldn't paste my picture.

Try changing it to is greater than and then use the same date.

If you have a created column you could use conditional formatting in a number of ways to highlight cell…

You could have cells highlighted in the last x days,

or have cells highlighted - is between date x and y

or have cell highlighted is less than x date etc.

So if I fill this out as a condition, now these cells won't turn a colour because it knows not pick pick anything from this date and prior to this date?
