Reactivation
Hello all
I did a reactivation back in December. I am unable to reactivate the user since it is past 7 days.
How is everyone handling reactivatining/reinviting users back? This user has 145 shared items so it is not feasible to transfer to another user.
The person only has1 item that is admin the rest of the sheets etc are edittor.

Hi @Susan D
If it has been more than 7 days, you will need to remove the user from your account (transferring their owned items to someone else, but keeping their sharing permissions intact), then you can re-invite them again.

This is not the only way. You can remove the users that is deacivated and uncheck the box to remove permissions. Then reinvite them.
Has anyone tried that?

@Susan D - You should be able to do that if you want the person to retain the permissions on their assets when you reinvite them to your plan. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for this Susan. This approach worked for me. Much appreciated.
