Are you referring to simply sharing sheets? That is, only sheets, not reports or workspaces? And are "collaborators" only Admins who can participate in developing the solution, or Editors of the sheet's content, or Commenters on what's already there; or is even just an invited Viewer a collaborator in this sense?

In my 13 years with Smartsheet I've shared hundreds of assets. Does the tally start now, or is it retroactive?
