Hello Smartsheet Community,

My name is Sheree, and I am the Training Manager for a distribution company operating across the UK, Ireland, and EMEA regions. With a strong passion for neuroscience in organizational change and learning and development, I leverage Smartsheet to streamline and enhance various facets of our training and operational processes.

Here's how I utilize Smartsheet in our organization:

1. Employee Onboarding: I manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Smartsheet helps us keep track of each new hire's onboarding journey, including orientation sessions and initial training schedules.

2. Training Programs: I maintain a comprehensive record of our training programs, including the creation and review dates for each module. This ensures our training materials are up-to-date and relevant, enhancing the learning experience for our employees.

3. Learning Personas: To better understand our learners, I developed a survey within Smartsheet to create detailed learning personas. This information allows us to tailor our training programs to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

4. Business Research Projects: Smartsheet has been instrumental in organizing and executing business research projects, allowing us to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively.

5. Resolution Centre: As part of a cross-functional team, we ideated and implemented a Resolution Centre using Smartsheet. This platform enables our employees to communicate and collaborate across various business functions to resolve customer service queries, issues, and concerns efficiently. Each query is assigned a ticket number, ensuring a systematic approach to resolution. Additionally, we use it to log customer complaints and escalations and recognize and reward employees for their outstanding contributions.

6. Future Projects: Looking ahead, I aim to develop a skills gap matrix within Smartsheet. This will help us identify and address skill shortages within our team, fostering continuous development and ensuring we are well-equipped to meet future challenges.

My name is Jignesh Hapani and I am from the UK. I love using Smartsheet for its creative features. I use SS daily as part of my BAU activities. We have created a database for our project management and it has helped our colleagues extensively in dealing with projects.

my original user name was Maz Uddin but i accidentally changed it to Mazy because it kept asking for a password. I login using SSO so I'm not sure why I couldn't log in to my original user name. Now all my history from my original user name is gone.
