would love to see this improvement! a lot of these processes include work with 3rd party agencies - this should be a no brainer
Our team would love to be able to print the comments and description verbiage for proofs and attachments with as well.

Without the ability to export markups and comments, the Proof system is next to useless. We need our teams to be able to make notes and comments on the file so that we can export those notes and share them with the relevant parties to make any necessary changes. Otherwise, we just end up losing files in email threads.
Apparently this was considered "on the roadmap" in 2019, but we've seen no movement since then… The proofing capability NEEDS to be able to export a marked up proof. What is the point of having people mark up a document if you cannot retain records of that document being marked up outside of the Smartsheet system? This seems like such a simple add.
Adding our name to this request. I agree that the proof functionality is not useful without the ability to be able to download the proofs with markups.
The ability to convert a PDF attachment to a proof is really useful but we often receive PDFs that already have comments embedded. The ability to extract these comments so that they show as comments on proof would be really helpful.
I would also like this. We use proofs for auditing. We are stuck taking screenshots if we want the information all together outside of Smartsheet.

I agree. The ability to make markups is completely useless if you can't export the markups AND comments to share with others. I'm going back to Bluebeam for my markups until this is resolved.
