My name is Murphy and I am with DigitalRadius, a Smartsheet Platinum Parter. We parter with Universities to build out their Smartsheet platform for many different use cases.
Universities have used Smartsheet for grant applications, ticketing and request tracking, budget management, and construction and project management, and many other use cases.

My name is Lillie. I am the Campus Planner at Cal State Fullerton, one of 23 campuses in the Cal State University system. I use Smartsheet for as much as I can get my hands on. I developed a space request process and tracking system for stakeholders to request of "trade" space. I use it to track the changes in our space database. I also use it for smaller projects because of the automation workflows. I can assign tasks to people and track responses. I use dashboards to report to leadership and keep our team on task.
