I use SmartSheet to help organize network rosters and onboard and offboard study team members at different clinical sites. I love building forms with SmartSheet and using the automated features.

My name is Charissa and I'm a transactional attorney in Washington State. I'm not as far along as many of you. I use Smartsheet to manage my transactional workload, and I'm actively working to get my team more engaged and working cooperatively to gain efficiencies. It's a work in progress —law firms are notoriously slow to change. I'm still trying to figure out all the ways that I know Smartsheet can help my team. That's why I'm here—to learn and grow! In my free time, I love spending time with my 2 young kids and significant other while outdoors in the beautiful PNW! Cheers!

Hello! My name is Kylie Thwaits. I am an Internal Auditor at Lumeris, a healthcare company. I have experience as an Internal Auditor in banking and manufacturing as well (total experience is roughly 8 years). I am newer to Smartsheet but I have dove into the deep end and now work with cross-sheet references, reporting, automations, workflows, advanced Dynamic Views, forms, and want to go even further with my usage.

As Internal Auditors, we work very closely with business leaders from the executive level to the staff level in nearly every department within the organization. We also collaborate within our own department and have multiple projects we manage, from SOC1/SOC2, audits, consulting engagements, department efficiency projects, etc. We also wear marketing hats in the sense that our end user is the business and we want effectively "sell" our position on the various engagements we are on. Smartsheet has been instrumental in managing our projects and collaborating with our team and the business as a whole and we have just barely scratched the surface. I am so excited about Smartsheet and what it brings to the table for the audit industry as a whole.

Hi My name is Enda and I'm an Irish Biomedical Engineer working in Vancouver Canada. I'm new to the community and my business unit have recently started using Smartsheets. I'll be trying to get the most out of smartsheets for the first time to show off its capabilities. My first task will be creating a ticketing system linked by QR code, and then building a dashboard from the submitted ticket list as it grows.
