The Operate at Peak Human campaign is a celebration of humanity. Recognize someone who does a great job in any facet whether it’s parenting or giving back to their community – take a minute to nominate them in the comments below.

I nominate @EEK for the Peak Human Badge. She breathes Smartsheet. Even on her days off, I can call her and she will drop what she is doing to help me with a Smartsheet question. And I don't mean just for a 5 min conversation. We are talking hours on a Teams call. She doesn't look the slightest bit annoyed by it. She loves Smartsheet! You can tell.

First, everyone I have interacted with here in the Community deserves to be nominated for this honor. When I ask a question their offer to help is sincere, and comes quickly. And honestly on some of the Excel boards, you are given the third degree. It is so refreshing that in the Smartsheet Community that is not the case.

@Genevieve P. - I needed to transfer my previous work profile (from Medtronic) to a personal account when my contract ended. And then again when I landed this job and was back using SS, she suggested creating a work profile. I never could have gotten anything done without her help.

As you would expect, now that I am back in Smartsheet, I dove into the deep end. A bit was "blurry" as it has been since April 2024, but it is all coming back. I have recently posted questions, and had lightening fast answers and members that were just so helpful. That is one of the MANY things I love about Smartsheet! Special thanks to @dojones , @Hunter Taylor , @Jessica Miller , @Adam Murphy and @kowal . Thank you greatly to the 6 of you for making me feel back at home here at the land of Smartsheet.

Can I nominate the entire Smartsheet Community? We have a great collective of peak humans. I’ve often heard it takes a village to raise a child, well it also takes a community to transform information into knowledge by sharing it. Everyone pitches in when and where they can. We all make it work.

Hi! I am Chelsea Katich and work at McGraw Hill K12 as the leader of the Marketing Ops team. I want to LOUDLY nominate @MCarlisle on my team. Not only is she an incredible leader of an amazing team (see below!) but she has earned my trust as the girl who automates EVERYTHING. She built our project intake request process from the ground up using smartsheet and today we receive anywhere from 600-1000 requests per year for campaigns to support our marketing, research and sales teams. Because of Melana's commitment to staying organized and automating the intake process with Smartsheet, we are always on time with our SLAs, I can see what each team member is working on, what their monthly dashboard looks like (thanks to smartsheet again) and this helps me make decisions and drive the business forward. Melana is an incredible asset to our team and a power user of Smartsheet - so much so that she is teaching other functional teams how to use it within our organization!
