Please create automation to delete Rows. Using the move rows automation, we are able to move records to an archive sheet. The problem then becomes we have to manually delete records from the archive sheet.

I would love to see a delete automation option AND the ability to trigger it from Zapier. UPVOTE!
Would save having to do the workaround!
It would be extraordinarily helpful to have an automation that deletes data after set criteria has been met. For example, a year after the data was last modified. Currently I have to go in to my closed orders sheet and manually delete everything that is older than a year, this creates extra work that could easily be solved with an automation.
@Galadriel975 As a workaround you could set an automation to move rows off your sheet onto another after a year
Another vote for auto deletion of rows please. Surprised to find this is not an option.
I can't believe that it's 2025 and we're still asking for this feature!
Usually leave these types of things to the masses… however, as a designer of outside solutions, having an additional sheet to move rows to and then having to delete the rows on a semi-regular basis is confusing and cumbersome for my clients. They pay me to simplify and automate not create a different headache. This does not seem like a good use an API either… again, just added complexity.
I'm all for job security, however, I'd rather be based on productive work.
Add my vote for a delete row feature in automations. 😎
What is the latest on adding this feature? It looks like this request has been in since 2022.
Recommend Automation - moving the rows to an archive sheet, then put in place a data shuttle on the Archive sheet that loads the archive daily with a blank file. It essentially empties the archive.
Hi Guys Is there any possibility to add following features in future. - Delete a row after conditions are met - Delete attachments after conditions are met
Our sheets & workspaces require many people to have Admin level capabilities, which means that when someone requests access to a sheet or workspace, that email is sent to every Admin. This causes confusion and higher risk of no access granted (because people have learned to ignore the emails) or the wrong level of access…
Today you can create a form and add logic. If that logic requires that requests need to be made for X days in the future you can add logic to help. For instance is the date requirement is not met you can hide fields so that information cannot be submitted completely. You can display a banner if date requirements are not…
I have project with automations sending emails based on specific criteria in the row. These automations are sent via email with a form to acknowledge receipt of the automated email. It would be fantastic if there was a way to track/ensure the email was sent without the need to send a copy of the automated email to my inbox.
