Seconding this request! We work with inboxes that read file attachments but not links, so this would greatly help with our workflows and automations (having an actual pdf file generated in smartsheet attached vs a link of it).
Yessss! This is long overdue. persently we create pdf document links in our crm media and place link in columns. Some people complain they cant open links and request us to send pdf. This is doing double work and defies the purpose of automation.
A workaround could include using a generated document with DocuSign.
