smartsheet licensing

Hi, i would like to know more about the $400 per user for editing right. I am currently the owner of our smartsheet. To have editing right, I now have to pay $400? In addition, we are currently have over 20 team members who are also editing the sheet. Do all of our 20 members have to pay $400 each as well? Is there a more economic way to handle this?

I hope you're well and safe!

On the new USM, everyone internal who needs to do more than edit needs a license, but there are workarounds if that's not a viable option.

Target Utlization
Hi, I am aware that the resource management feature in Smartsheet allows you to run reports on Utilization, but I am trying to figure out how I set the utilization for each resource. For instance if I only want Resource A to be used at 80%, how do I set that? Right now they are defaulting to 100%.
