Report Builder - Not Sorting Dates

Hello -

I running reports for partners on the team to provide the user a snapshot of tasks due earliest date to latest date. When I sort A to Z on the finish date it is not working. Any ideas

A couple of questions to guide your troubleshooting:

Does the issue occur on other reports?
Does the issue persist if you build a new report with the same criteria?
Are you sorting from the column header drop down or from within the Report Builder?

Hi Schiff-

Yes the issue occurs on other reports. I basically have the criteria the same for all reports except I build out the reports across the team changing the "Assigned To" field. I am soring from the column header drop down.

The support team has some back end tools which often resolve these types of issues.

When submitting your request, be sure to give the Smartsheet login email address of the owner of any affected reports.

More granular time options for needed for Workflow triggering
Currently Triggering recurring workflows are only supported at the top of each hour. For instance 10:00, or 11:00, etc. Would like the ability to set 10:30 or 10:45.
