I am sure if it is possible to limit the attached file format. For example, we only allow the users to upload the certain file formats.

Is there a way to re-order attachments in a row? Another words, move attachments up or down in the order they are displayed.

I am a new user of Smartsheet with some questions: 1. Can we save the project plan on a local storage device? 2. When sent as Excel, only tasks, dates, and duration of the task are sent. Hello, we are looking for a nice visual way to email data from smartsheet to clients regularly, without having to take screenshots or do anything manually. any ideas of how to do this within an email body? Ideally we would love to email a dashboard but this doesn't seem possible

Is there a way to have the rows automatically sort ascending by date when new rows are entered?
I have a job board created that jobs are added to and dispatched from the problem is if the jobs are not ented in order by date then I have to manually sort each time. This is a 24/7 process mostly accessed by mobile devices so sort is not an option.

Moving a comment or attachment to a different line
HI Members Is there any easy way to move a comment or an attachment from one line in a sheet to a different line in the same sheet? I'd rather not delete and then retype or re-attach. Thanks for any advice or tips Rob

Attach File
I am trying to attache a pdf file that is 1.43 MB. (max file size is 256 MB) I tried with explorer and chrome. The far right hand of the row shows a green circle with a pie sliver which eventually disappears. The end result is no file gets loaded.
