It would be nice in the automations to send out a form at a specific time, weekly, monthly etc. to emails so staff can be reminded to send over form responses on a project. Not an update, but fill out a form from scratch.
Ability to see the instruction text and support text added to the form on the email confirmation.
Currently I am working a project where I have multiple people assigned to a task. When I send out the update request to the contacts assigned to that task, both get the form and when one updates data, the other then has to override the data when they respond, not being able to capture both user's response makes it hard to…
Is it possible to set up an automated, weekly request for individuals to complete a Smartsheet form? Individuals would be adding new rows each week, not updating existing rows. Therefore, I can't tie the workflow to a specific condition. The only workaround I've thought of would be to create a separate sheet with a date…

I'd rather use the same link as the previous sheet, if at all possible, so I don't have to worry about users not saving the new link properly and not being able to access the new sheet. I tried to save over the new sheet with the old sheet's name,…
I would like that when i complete a form in the message confirm show me the automatic ID . this will be great for the request tracking . The requestor will see immediately the ID, without open the sheet. 🙂
